How To Model Successful People

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

Something you may have heard that you should be doing is to choose one or more mentors and then try to be like them. It really helps you to achieve your goals, get more accomplished and expand your business if you know who you want to be like. That's why when you model successful people you should listen to their speaking, or their information products in the background, figure out what are their top three activities and top three avoidances, take their training and apply their course, step by step, so you can follow in their footsteps, but in your own way.

One thing that has really helped me always be in a good mood, write better and even speak better is to choose a mentor, buy their course or product and always have it playing in the background. That way when it comes to the time to make a decision or put some thoughts into words, you'll think in that person's tone of voice and in that person's thought structure because you've had them on in the background. Think about this, if you had a depressing or a downer speaker in the background, you would feel down or depressed. If you had an exciting or knowledgeable, or uplifting speaker playing in the background, listening to that person would get you in a better mood and a better state.

Getting that person's voice in your head isn't enough. You also need to somewhat do what it is they do. By this I mean, if you want to get better at real estate, choose a top person in real estate, buy their course, listen to them and follow what it is they do. I know that many teachers and product creators tend to make their process seem complicated but most people focus on just a small number of things, at least successful people. That means if you've chosen that mentor figure out what are their top three activities. What things do they do themselves verses what they outsource. What do they not do that other people do do and look at what things they avoid. What parts about real estate do they avoid? Do they avoid the paperwork, the phone calling, do they focus on fixing up the property themselves? What specifically do they do and what do they avoid so you know what to do and what to avoid.

Now you've listened to that person in the background to get them in your head, you've duplicated their top three activities and avoidances, and now all that's left is for you to take their training and apply it step by step. One thing that I see happen over and over, whether it's in the internet marketing niche, self help niche, or any other niche, is that many people will buy multiple products or courses and try to apply them all at once. Instead buy your mentor's course and apply it from start to finish, without getting distracted or without trying to apply anyone else's information.

Are WSOs or Warrior Special Offers About To Put All Internet Marketers Out of Business

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

One very popular way for internet marketers to make a handful of sales, get a lot of traffic, and in general test a new product in the marketplace is by making a special offer on the Warrior Forum. With this system it used to work out where you would post a private offer just for members of that forum. In other words, you might have a product for sale for $20 outside the forum and $10 in the forum.

That has changed recently because now affiliates can promote these special offers inside of the Warrior Forum. But luckily, these will not put you out of business if you do them right because this Warrior Forum is used to the $10 mentality, many of the products are low-quality and you can still market in and out of the Warrior Forum if you use this as a traffic source, as a source of lead generation.

One difficulty I have with many internet marketing forums in general is that the buyers are used to $10 products. That means if you post a $10 offer on the Warrior Forum it will convert great, you will get a lot of sales. But if you price at $30 or $100 on that forum you will not do as well. That's okay but just keep in mind that if you want to post a mass market product, especially in a forum or message board where people are not your subscribers, people have not heard of you yet you should post at around a $10 price point.

Another piece of good news is that because anything goes on internet, on many forums - many of the products that are posted are of a very low-quality that means that if you post a product that shows great results, a step by step system, a bold promise, some of your own case studies, or all the above you will convert very well.

The key is just have something that seems brand new. If you have ten hours of great training for $10 and it something you have used, others have used and gotten great results from whether that is extra money, saves time or just any problem they were having difficulty with before you will convert very well. And what you can do is then plug-in to the WSO plus system and get others to promote these offers for you as affiliates.

Even though it may seem like I said some bad things about the forum such as they will rarely buy above $10 and there are a lot of low-quailty offers, you need to look at this as a source of lead generation. Build a list off buyers, make an offer for $10 even if it seems like a ridiculous offer, even if it seems like it is priced too low, post it get affiliates to promote for then get them on your email subscriber list and promote bigger, better, and higher priced offers to them.

In order to adapt to Warrior Special Offers go to the Warrior Forum and post a $10 offer right away. Make sure you differentiate yourself from a lot of the low-quality offers out there and get your buyers on an email list so you can upsell, speak to, and market to them later.

Should You Learn From A Physical, Home Study Course, One On One Coaching Or Done For You Program?

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

There are many ways to take in information and get your problems solved, whether these are technical problems, money problems, health or innermost problems, whatever your issue is there's always some kind of a solution available. There are many terms and many ways of teaching you may not have been exposed to, let's figure out which one is best for you. A physical seminar, a home study course, one on one training or done for you training.

A physical seminar means someone hosts an event, usually at a hotel in a major city. You fly to that hotel, usually for a weekend, show up in the meeting room, and see presenters speak on stage. You take notes, you figure out what needs to be done, this is a great fast way to immerse yourself and get a lot of information upfront, get on track and connect with other attendees at the seminar. The only problem with a seminar is that it might be a long trip for you to travel to one of these events and it does cost a few thousand dollars after your take into account the ticket for the event, the travel and hotel. But, if you are brand new to an event this is the way for you to get started.

On the other hand, if you're not quite ready to go to a live event or your budget is still low at the moment, a home study course is a great alternative. A home study course means that you pay x for access to a download area, you might get some CDs, DVDs and workbooks in the mail, and you may have a way to interact with other people online. There are home study courses that are as simple as a PDF report, a series of audios or one long video. A home study course is what you should go for if your budget is limited and you are first getting started in a niche. In fact, a great plan for you is to buy a home study course now, give yourself a month or two to complete all of the training and then attend a physical seminar in this niche.

When you attend a physical seminar they might sell you on more home study courses, but what many people offer is some one on one training. This means that use the home study course and the notes you took in the physical seminar to set up the basics, set up your basic real estate business, or your basic internet marketing business. Now it's time to make you it and to course correct and get over obstacles that you might see along the way. For example, is your list not big enough, are there sales that aren't converting, do you have enough traffic, are you not sure about what product to make? These are all things that a one on one coach can help you with when you meet with them, the figure out what's wrong with your business and you correct it.

The final choice, and this is if you have a large budget and not wanting to do a lot of work at all, is the done for you option. This is where you pay someone a lot of money to set up your website, to run your ad campaign. You give them money and they do as much as possible on their own.

So, when you're deciding between a physical seminar, a home study course, one on one training or a done for you option, I recommend that you start by buying a home study course. Then, plan on attending a physical seminar and based on the advice there graduate to either a one on one option, if you want to have a hands on business, or a done for you option if you want to outsource your business.

Setup Drip Content In Your Membership Site

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

The way most people sell information online is pretty simple. Somebody pays one amount of money and all the information is delivered up front. When you create a membership site with drip content you can either take the money one time and drip out surprise bonuses or loyalty bonuses, or even take money month after month while delivering more and more content, and build yourself up a residual passive income. When you're setting up drip content in your membership site make sure to provide a starter kit upfront, a theme each month and at least update the site with a reminder once or twice per week.

Whatever you're dripping out in your membership site be sure to provide a starter kit as soon as someone joins. That means, if someone pays you up front they're really paying for the first month or the first 30 days of access. That means you should provide a month, or at least a week, worth of content for someone to peruse in your site. If someone pays you a lot of money one time and you give them some amount of audio, visual or written content for them to stay busy. After all, your members will be the most excited when they first join your site.

That takes care of giving them something to keep them busy when they first join your site but what about the ongoing content? It will really help you when creating content and it will make the site appear more organised for your customers if you go with monthly themes. I'll give you an example, I have a membership site that charges on a monthly basis, but the first month talks only about building an e-mail list. The second month talks about creating information products. The third month discusses membership sites and so on. If I choose to add a new bonus about list building, I know which month I can place it in. Anyone who joins the site gets started at the easiest topic possible, list building.

In between those monthly updates you don't necessarily want to provide all 30 days of content up front every single month because if someone is at the end or in the middle of a month and they see you haven't updated in two or three weeks it's going to be very tempting for them to cancel. If you make sure to provide your monthly content on a gradual basis by telling them what's coming, adding in a reminder post, adding a bonus video or audio message, you can make those monthly updates appear to be more frequent and make sure, through reminders, that your members will consume that monthly content.

When creating a drip content membership site be sure to have a starter kit up front, theme each month and update once or twice per week.

Add A “Buy Coaching” Button To Your Membership Sites Starting Today

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

If you have a membership site where you charge a monthly fee or an upfront fee, you're always leaving money on the table because many people are willing to hire you to do the work for them. Whether we are talking about the real estate niche, the self help niche, a technical niche, whatever it is people are always willing to pay you money to do the work for them.

When you're doing this price the done for you job at a price that you think people will not pay. Use this as a way to keep your ear to the ground and find out what customers want exactly, once you have many of these done for you or coaching jobs completed yourself think about upselling them into a recurring monthly coaching program.

If you are against the idea of someone paying you money and being able to hire you to complete a task consider it a red herring offer. Here's what that means, make the done for you price so high that in comparison the membership training someone just purchased is very very low. I'll give you an example, let's say you had a training course on how to set up a Facebook fan page. You charged $200 for this course, for many people $200 might seem, at first, like a very high price. If you had a button inside your membership site that charged $5,000 to set up a Facebook fan page, now that $200 to learn how to do it themselves seems cheap.

There will always be people who want to see how the process is done but they want someone else to do the heavy lifting. This is where you come in, you charge someone $200 to find out how to set up a Facebook fan page and you then charge them $5,000 to set it up for them. At the very worst your customers just say no and don't buy from you. If you have a few people buy from you, you can talk to them one on one and figure out exactly what all their customers are needing. For example, if you get hired to set up someone's Facebook fan page and they ask for Facebook graphics, they ask for specific tabs to be set up, they ask for a way to connect it to an e-mail auto responder. These are all things you can add into the done for you package so they pay one price and you deliver ten items in return.

It really helps to keep your ear to the ground for your customers because this will help with your coaching offers and you can add this as bonus training inside your membership site.

Finally, if you get sick of always waiting for someone to buy done for you coaching or you get sick of having to follow up to see if anyone needs any work completed this month then get them on an automatic monthly payment. After all, it only takes a few seconds to set up a onetime payment button in PayPal, and the same is true for a monthly button.

Just figure out how much you're willing to charge per month then set it pay you once every thirty days forever and as long as someone is paying you month after month, you are providing whatever service has been agreed upon. For example, you might set up someone's WordPress blog and for them paying you month after month you are adding in content for them, a set number of blog posts, a set number of comments, a set number of traffic. You do the work every month and you get paid every month, it's pretty simple.

So, add a buy coaching button to your site, treat it as a red herring offer, find out what your customers want and later think about a monthly coaching upsell.

How To Market Your Membership Product

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

When you are selling access to a single payment or recurring membership site, the marketing is slightly different than if you're offering a simple video, CD, DVD or EBook. You have to keep a few things in mind. First, what's the result or claim you're making, what kind of instant gratification or instant solution will your customers get to solve their problems? If you have a recurring a payment option, how often do people pay, why should they pay it and what exactly do they get for those repeat payments.

I don't care how often you charge or what price point your membership site is, you still need to focus on why is your product or service more valuable than the $20, $50, $100 or even $1,000, that you are charging me in exchange. This means to claim some kind of result. If you're in a health site, can you claim a higher energy level, lower weight. If you're in a real estate membership site and you're selling access, can you demonstrate what kind of result you have had, or your students have had?

It's easy to get hung up on the technical details and the pricing details, but people still will not pay you any amount unless you can justify that expense. Speaking of justifying an expense, what can you deliver someone as soon as they join? Which means, even if you're charging a $100 a month access to your membership site, what kind of training, or tools or software, do people get on day one? Even if you are selling access to a monthly ongoing real estate course, do they get a bunch of videos up front? Can someone join your real estate course and begin flipping, or buying or selling houses on day one?

That's really important when you are promoting a membership site, to make a big deal out of not just the recurring and ongoing education, but what do people get upfront. First focus on what is the instant result and what can people do today, or tonight, as soon as they join. The big elephant in the room, especially if you are offering a monthly membership site is, why should I continue paying you? If you show me how to flip a house or sell a house, then why do I need to pay you month after month?

You might have extra bonus content, you might have specialised training for someone who might want to get into the advanced topics such as REOs or auctions. Maybe you want to have some kind of personal coaching or a monthly question and answer call, so someone can get your training, begin flipping houses and then come back to you if they need extra help. When you're making the sales letter, or an auto-responder sequence, or sales presentation for a monthly membership product focus on what's your claim, what can people instantly get to solve their problem and finally, why should they continue paying if they choose to do so.

Setting up your membership site is fast and easy but once it's set up I want to train you on how to properly sell it to anyone who comes your way. Claim your training right now at www.membershipcube.com.

Add Coaching As A Bonus To Your Existing Offers And Membership Sites

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

It doesn't matter if you're selling a $7 eBook or a $97 home study course, or even a $97 a month or $997 membership site, personal coaching and coaching of any kind makes a great bonus for any buyer and adds content to your site in the same process. As long as you keep three things in mind, the confidentiality clause, a bonus button and time cap that bonus.

One issue that you're going to come up against when you're offering one on one advice to your customers is will anyone else see or hear the recording. That is why when you offer coaching to any of your customers or clients be upfront, don't get too fancy, but have a sentence or two stating that you're going to be recording the coaching call and adding to your membership site as content. If your customers really insist that you keep the coaching call private you can offer them a higher price or additional payment to keep that coaching call private. But, I highly recommend that you record every coaching call you run and stick it into a membership site. That way you get paid over and over for that work and you're not just trading time for dollars.

In addition to having the confidentiality clause it can't hurt to add a simple payment button inside your membership sites. How cool would it be if you had a membership site about how to install a WordPress blog? People could view the videos and see exactly how to do it, but in case they didn't have time to do it or they wanted it to be done correctly, they might want to hire you to install this WordPress blog for them. I used to be really against allowing people to hire me for a one off deal but the solution is just to charge whatever you're worth.

Some people will pay $2,000 or $5,000 to set up a WordPress blog, if that's what you're worth then that's what you should price. On the other hand, if you're brand new and you think that setting up a WordPress blog is only worth $10 or $50 for you, set up a payment button in your membership site for that price point. If you get tired of all that work or you just want to make more money, increase the prices.

The final thing that you should keep in mind when it comes to coaching offers is to set a time limit. This means that you might sell a report and a bonus is a half an hour consultation with that person. When they get on the phone with you record it and just be clear that the call will only last half an hour, then you're done. That way they can't keep you on the phone forever. Above all, you should just make it a habit to record everything it is that you do, not just a product but a coaching call. Even if you provide services such as installing someone WordPress blog for them, how about recording it, that way they can see what you did, how you did it and that the job was completed successfully.

When adding coaching as a bonus to your existing offers add that confidentiality clause, make a bonus button so people can buy more coaching from you, even if you gave it as a free bonus, and cap the amount of time that coaching bonus will take you to ensure that you're not creating yourself another job.

Launch Your Products Today Without Any Affiliates

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

If you have heard of the concept of an affiliate program, it means that you can promote someone else's offer and receive a commission just for recommending it for others if the offer makes sales to your subscribers. And someone can do the same for you. You can set up an affiliate program for your $100 product, and if someone promotes your web page with a special link that their subscribers then buy then the vendor will make $50 and you will make $50 as well.

You don't need an affiliate program to first launch a product. When we launch a product what you will do is have something for sale and make a bid deal about it, send multiple emails, make extra videos stating why it is so great and that's it. You don't need to over think what a product launch is. To launch a product without affiliates you just need subscribers, traffic, and an email sequence.

When you launch your product people need to see it, and that means you need to have subscribers of some kind. That usually means you have built a mailing list and have a few thousand or a few hundred subscribers on that list, people who have willingly given you their name and email address and you talk to them on a regular basis.

They might be fans on your facebook page, they might be your twitter followers, they might even be users of a high-traffic forum that you regularly visit and post to over and over. Either way you need to have some kind of a following before doing anything. Once you have that following what you do is then promote offers or URLs to those people and that becomes traffic. Your subscribers click over to your sight and then you might have 500, 1000 or 10,000 people going to that site at any given time. That is called traffic.

If you have a sales letter that converts at 2% or that converts at 5% that means that 2% of the people who come to your web page convert into buyers. Now you make sales and you don't have to give commission to anyone else. But one thing that will really help you to get people onto your site is to have some kind of email launch sequence. This sounds scary - but it just means that you should tell your subscribers what it is you have for sale over and over, preferably once a day for at least a week or two leading up to the unveiling of your brand new product, or to your updated product.

Email your subscribers at least a minimum of three to five times, once per day to announce something that is brand new. You don't necessarily need to launch a product without affiliates, but the good news is that even if you only make a handful of sales from your own subscribers, traffic and email sequence, you now know what your conversion rate is. You now know what the response is to this offer and when you do create an affiliate program now you can tell the affiliates how well your product performs.

In order to get everything set up in preparation for your affiliate program including your sales letter, opt-in page, and membership site you should go to www.newbiecrusher.com right now.

How Much Content Do You Need For Your Membership Site

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

Whether you're charging one single price or you're charging a continuous month to month fee to allow people to access your membership tools and content, you're probably wondering how much information, how much stuff, do you need inside that membership site.

What's really sad is that many people over think this or think the wrong thing. People pile in way too much stuff in their membership site or not enough. If you're charging a single price for your membership site just add one thing. If you're charging any kind of recurring amount then add one new thing per week and on top of that ask your members if you're posting too much, or not enough content.

A membership site does not have to be recurring. You can charge, for example, $20 one time for someone to access one video or a set of videos inside your protected membership download area, and that's it. If they refund, they lose access, but after making that single payment they now have access to that membership site forever. They get what they pay for and if you have provided some information that is more valuable than that $20, then you have successfully done your job. You don't have to go out of your way to add tons of content or tons of bonuses just for that $20 payment.

Have your sales letter explain what your training will solve, what problem you will help people overcome, and for that $20 overcome that problem and that's it. Now, what if you charge $20 per month for some ongoing training. All you have to do is make a big deal and have one new item per week. This might mean that if someone is paying you $20 per month that, when they pay that first $20 you give them a couple of videos up front in the first week. Maybe every week after that you provide one or two additional videos that help them along in their training sequence. If you scheduled a new one hour video, even a half hour video, every day for that month your members would be completely overwhelmed and they wouldn't stick around as long.

Make it easy and provide just one new thing, just half an hour or an hour of training per week for that $20 to $100 and that's it, that's all you have to do. If someone is paying you $20 per month just give them $20 or more worth of value every single month.

One thing that's interesting about drip content, marketing and membership sites is that once you set it up, you might have to readjust, but because we're doing things on the internet we can adjust. What I want you to do is schedule one new piece of content per week, after someone joins your site, and then poll them.

Ask them in your blog posts, even e-mail them personally, and ask them are they making use of your information. If they are getting bored maybe you should add in some extra bonuses at the start, and if they are overwhelmed you should space out the content more gradually so that they have time to go through your training and don't get overwhelmed.

When it comes to posting content and dripping that content in your membership site, if someone is paying you one time, offer just one thing. If it's recurring, post one new item per week and that's it.

Monthly Coaching Program

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /var/www/vhosts/incomemachine.com/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/paper-template/papertemplate.php(15) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 392

No matter what kind of advice you provide, whether it's self help, weight loss, hypnosis, stock market, foreign exchange, whatever niche that is many people are willing to pay you money to meet once per month to take part in what's called a monthly coaching programme. This is a great bonus or a great upsell on top of whatever home study course or membership site you are selling or plan to be selling in the very near future.

When you make a monthly coaching program you can make it a personal or group call on a recurring basis, a monthly question or Q and A call, and finally go over case studies and review what has been going on, what is new in your niche recently.

Some people will pay you one time to meet one time for personal coaching. If they're having trouble losing weight, if they're stock portfolio need help or if they need your assistance making a real estate ad. These are all great examples of someone who is stuck and needs your help to get unstuck where a simple book might not cut it, they need this personal coaching. If someone is willing to pay you a certain amount of money one time for advice and they keep getting results, doesn't it make sense to automatically bill them and schedule meetings ahead of time to solve their problems? I think so.

All you have to do is set up a recurring payment button or even a button that pays you once per month a set amount for the rest of the year. Get someone to click to the button, fill it out and now agree to pay you monthly. Schedule the meetings over the phone or over a webinar or over Skype so that you know when you will meet and what you will talk about. This way your customers don't have to go to all the effort of deciding if they should pay you again, send you the money, it all happens automatically.

Even if you're not the type of person who prefers personal coaching, what if you're going to run a training call once per month in exchange for a set fee. This is called a Q and A, or question and answer call. It has different advantages, for example, people can pay a lower price because the information you're giving it shared amongst the group. Someone might be paying $200 for twenty minutes every month but that same $200 might be worth a two hour group Q and A call.

All you have to do for this monthly Q and A call is, once again, set up a recurring payment button for anyone who wants to join the meetings, schedule those meetings over a service like instant teleseminar or go to webinar, meet and then give people a way to type in their questions and simply answer them. Even if you don't get questions make up questions yourself. Go to message boards, look at your e-mail and figure out what questions come up over and over, and answer them.

This final way of generating monthly content for a monthly coaching program is case studies. Look at what your students are doing. What are they doing correctly and demonstrate that to the entire group. What have you been doing this past week or month? What has been working for you and what has not been working for you? How should people adjust?

That's how you create a monthly coaching program. Schedule recurring personal meetings, a group Q and A meeting or go over case studies.
